Notification Settings in Shortcuts app help please

I'm on iPhone 18.7.1...I'm trying to make the LED flash when there is a notification from RING. According to CHATGPT, this is possible. The issue I run into is "Scroll and choose Notification" there isn't a choice for this. Anyone else missing "Notification" when working with Shortcuts?

2. Create a new personal automation

• Tap “+” → Create Personal Automation.
