Guys, i found solution!

  1. check if your date/time set to auto and region is in your carrier country
  2. turn off your facetime and imessage
  3. Reset your network settings
  4. turn on facetime and imessage

It took me about 1 minute to activate.

I hope it’ll help.

I had the same issue and finally had to go to Apple Support to set up a phone call. It took awhile, I did receive a phone call right away; that was the only way I was able to get the issue fixed. They set up an iPhone screen sharing sessions, I also sat in front of my computer, so it took awhile. After that I had trouble with my Contacts synching so find I have to "share a contact" on my iPhone and email to myself, then add the Contact card to my computer.
