Cannot activate iMessage and FaceTime

imessage and facetime is not activated on 17 promax

I can’t activate iMessage and FaceTime service on my new iPhone rather via phone number or email.

Please advise

First. Check if your iPhone is connected to your carrier. Also make sure you are connected to WiFi.


Go to:

Settings > Apps > Messages > disable iMessages


Then go to:

Settings > Apps > FaceTime > disable FaceTime


Now you need to turn off your iPhone completely. Wait a while, and turn your iPhone back on. If your SIM card or eSIM is protected with a PIN code, remember to enter it. Also check that you are connected to WiFi.


Now go back to the Messages, and FaceTime menu and enable iMessages and FaceTime respectively.
