numerical keyboard doesn't work in iOS 26 with Traditional Chinese handwriting

In addition to English (US) keyboard layout, I have a couple Chinese Traditional keyboards, zhuyin and handwriting. The problem only exists in the Chinese Traditional - Handwriting keyboard.

The issue is that in the handwriting mode, I am unable to switch to numerical keyboard. I have numerical icon (123) and emoji icon on my keyboard. I can switch between handwriting mode and emjoi keyboard, but when I click numerical icon/keyboard, it doesn't do anything. The screen flashes but nothing happen. I can switch to English keyboard and then switch between alphabet and numerical keyboard to input number. But switching back to handwriting mode, the problem persists. I have attempted restarting my iPhone 15, as well as deleted handwriting keyboard and re-added it to no avail.

Am I the only one with this problem?
