I'm getting this error 4013 restoring my iPhone 13 Pro Max using my

I woke up to find my backup phone with a laptop and cable picture. I googled what this could mean and found in the community a recommended solution to update or restore my phone due to corrupted software. After following the instructions is cut off mid download more than once; finally it finished and gave this error ‘The iPhone "iPhone" could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (4013) - This is happening when I’m using my mac air to restore my phone? Please advise any help I urgently need that phone working.
