How can I request a refund from Apple for an accidental purchase?

I accidentally purchased YouCam Makeup: Face Editor I thought that it’s going to be paid every month, not the whole thing at once. Please help me I’m just a student. I just wanted to treat a bit myself I didn’t want to spend all that money. I thought it’s gonna be near €8 every month and I was like okay I can afford it. I can treat a bit myself not at once €89,99 I reported it immediately you can see it I reported in less than five minutes I didn’t mean it and I need the money please help me I really really need it. I’m sorry that I’m being so annoying, I hope you’re gonna understand.
