iPhone 16 is extremely laggy; Face ID, camera, and calls are not working

I have an iphone 16 and today the face id stopped working. Also, when I open the camera in anyway, the screen just turns black. I also cannot force shut down my phone for some reason. The phone is also very laggy, and I cannot make any calls.
