Face ID and Camera not working after iOS 18.3.1 update on iPhone 12

After the update that happened overnight, I noticed in the following morning that both Face ID and Camera are not working. I'm unable to unlock my phone or open any apps that require Face ID.

I tried restarting my phone multiple times. Face ID never worked in any try, but in some instances, the Camera briefly turned on. However, as soon as I attempted to use Face ID, the Camera stopped immediately after.

I'm using iPhone 12 - iOS 18.3.1.

Install the Apple Support app on your iPhone or iPad - you can contact support directly from the app, and the tech will have (with your permission) access to diagnostic data on your device
