How do you cancel a subscription if the system won't accept the cancellation request?

I've tried to cancel a subscription to Blink Home Monitor, but when I click the "Cancel Subscription" button, I am not getting any response or confirmation of the cancellation

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18

Wondering where the subscription button you tried clicking is located ... in the Monitor's app ... on your Apple Subscription list : View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support


You might want to check just who you are paying for the subscription via your bank or credit card statement.


Perhaps you downloaded the app from the Internet: Eg: https://support.blinkforhome.com/en_GB/subscriptions

Maybe the subscription was an in-app purchase ? ie: you subscribed in a downloaded app:
