"Block Caller" option is missing in iOS 26.0.1 on my iPhone SE

Blocking true spam where they use a different number each time may be pointless.

NONE of the suggested workarounds work on my iPhone 16 Pro IOS 26.5.2!

This doesn't work on my iPhone 16 Pro iOS 26.5.2 no matter how many times I repeat the process of holding down the Phone icon on my home screen.

My list of recent callers no longer shows up since deleting them, and when I get to the page with Deleted Calls, there's not an option for blocking.

Apple rarely if ever acknowledges a bug. Rather, when an issue is determined to be a software bug, the bug is acknowledged to the public and specifics about what exactly is fixed. This method avoids a lot of confusion and misinformation.

Is happening only with SE models, I have one that I use without a SIM or eSIM and another one my mom use and both are missing block contact opition (does not display). Contacted Apple Customer Care and they have no idea about what is going wrong.

1. Is this your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate//organisation/enterprise/School Management
2. If it is your device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
   1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
