White border around Liquid Glass on iPhone

The Liquid Glass on my phone has a white border around it, is this for everyone or do I have a setting turned on?

How can I disable Liquid Glass on my iPhone? I find Liquid Glass distracting and resource consuming. Is there any way to disable it? You may have Reduced Contrast turned on in Accessibility. You also may be observing the glint/reflection that is a part of Liquid glass.
