Parallax and lighting effect not working on iPhone 13 (iOS 26)

Hello,

The parallax and lighting effect of the icons on the Home Screen and Control Center is not working on my iPhone 13 running iOS 26. Normally, the icons should slightly move and change their appearance depending on the light direction, but this effect seems to be disabled.

Accessibility settings such as “Reduce Motion” are turned off, and dynamic wallpapers are enabled.

Could you please help me restore this feature?
