Have to talked to your dealer and confirmed your car radio is updated for software and firmware? What make and model car?

Technology marches on. Contact Uconnect. They have stated they are aware of the issue and are working on an update for some models. Some will lose support. A friend with an older Jeep is looking for a new headunit that supports CarPlay.

Please contact your dealer about any firmware or software updates required. You’re trying to link a 10 year old auto to a brand new device. The manufacturer needs to keep it updated via software to maintain compatibility with new devices.

If your dealer doesn’t offer a solution, you made need to raise the issue with Stellantis.

It’s a Uconnect issue is my understanding. Uconnect support has admitted an issue and is working on a fix.

The next time you're in your car and are trying to speak with someone, try raising the volume using the steering wheel volume control in your car while you are speaking.

Eventually resolved itself after a phone update.

all my old iPhone work great with my 2015 650s McLaren, i upgraded to 17 pro max, now i the other person can’t hear me when I pick up the phone.

buddy has a 570s same issue. He upgrade to a 17 pro max and now he can’t make call either.

i didn’t try in my 23 sienna yet. But Will update if it work or not in the van at a later time.

I’m having the same issue with my 2024 Kia Sorento. Worked perfectly fine with my iPhone 15 Pro. Since I got the iPhone 17 Pro Max I cannot talk but I ca hear the phone call.
