Apple disabled my account due to a disputed roblox amount from 2023 and they refuse to enable my account again. How long will my account be disabled for?

Why has Apple banned my account for no reason? When I tried to log into my account as usual, the login failed. I immediately contacted Apple Support, and they informed me that my account had been permanently banned. When I asked how this could be resolved, I was shocked that their only suggestion was to 'create a new account'! However, this account contains purchased software and account credit. What steps should I take to recover my account and access my digital purchases?

Nobody on these forums would know. You would need to contact Apple Support. It's likely that the account is disabled permanently.

Well that is ridiculous over a $5 charge and I have called Apple and have not gotten any resolution.
