I have iphone 16pro max battery is draining very fast ( batter Health 100%) and my phone is overheating even if am doing nothing through my phone

Home and Lock Screen issues a lot of time involves Widgets. The Widgets developers have not updated them. The Widgets are constantly accessing via WiFi or cellular, services they use. This could be weather, fitness, banking etc. Either delete all non Apple Widgets and add them back one by one until you find the battery drain or wait for the widget to get updated.
There are other possibilities too.

Did you check in the settings for battery on your iPhone, which apps are using your battery life all the time?
Did you try to force restart your device?

Yes i did that , it home & lock screen thats is consuming the most
It gets normal after few days of usage. Initially phone becomes laggy and battery drains too fast and gets hot quick.. it settles after few days of usage patterns
