iMessage and Facetime activation unsuccessful

Last month I went to Apple store to change my iphone 13 battery. After that I can’t activate and connect my phone number to imessage and facetime on my phone. I only receive imessage and facetime on my ipad. I already updated to the latest ios and restart my phone but still cannot activate it.

iMessage and FaceTime activation issue on my iPhone 15 Since the day before yesterday, I’ve been unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime. Out of nowhere, I got a pop-up on my screen to turn iMessage on. Before that, everything was okay. I’m using an iPhone 15 with the latest iOS, I’m connected to Wi-Fi, and my date & time settings are correct. When I enable iMessage and FaceTime, I receive a verification text, but in Settings, my phone number keeps loading indefinitely. After 24 hours, it now says “Activation Unsuccessful.” I have already restarted my phone twice, performed a force restart, and waited 24 hours to see if my number would verify, but nothing changed. I also turned iMessage off and on again and waited another 24 hours, but now it just shows an error message. Helpp! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You should contact the official Apple Support about that and ask them to look into your personal settings form their side.
