I am facing above issue after updating to iOS 26.0.1 on my iPhone 13
Anybody else have observed this issue ??

Updates DON'T cause batteries to swell, overheat or fail at all. Batteries are consumable parts which over time lose their ability to hold the same charge as when new. If you go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if the battery health is 80% or lower, the useful life of the battery has been used and it's time to pay Apple to replace the battery.

You failed to tell us what your Battery Health percentage is. If it is below 80% or you see a message that says it needs to be serviced, then it is time to replace it. It would be unusual for any iPhone 13 to still be using the original battery that has not needed to be replaced no matter what iOS version you are using.
