Pending $35.97 charge on Apple ID preventing app downloads

Hello, I have a billing problem. There is a $35.97 charge pending on my Apple ID, but I did not complete any purchase. I cannot download apps because the system keeps asking me to add a payment method. Could you please remove this pending transaction from my account?

This is a user to user forum, you are not Addressing Apple Support here. We cannot remove any pending payments here.
Apple usually won't remove them. They will request you let it complete successfully and then request a refund for it once paid. If this was for a subscription on an App, make sure you have cancelled the subscription.
