iPhone 15 Camera & Flashlight Issue

On my iPhone 15, model MTMH3VC/A, new Dec 14, 2025

For the past few months the camera and the flashlight will just turn on by themselves. I've left each of them for up to 10 minutes a few times, but either will shut themselves off, only on.

This happen's frequently while traveling in the phone craddle, but will also happen just sitting on the counter with no movement or interaction whatsoever.

It seems to be only one or the other, I've never noticed both happening at the same time.

When i googled the issue, it was suggested to make sure I have the lastest iOS and reboot the phone.

This had no effect that I can see, as it's happened a couple of times since.
