No Service after updating to iOS 26.0.1 – SIM options missing

Hi, I updated my iPhone 14 Pro Max to iOS 26.0.1 and ever since then I can’t get any mobile service at all. It just says No Service in the top corner the whole time and nothing seems to fix it. My SIM was working fine before the update but now if I go into Mobile Data there aren’t even any options anymore, it only shows the name of the SIM and nothing else to tap. I can’t add or use eSIM anymore either. I’ve tried rebooting the phone, taking the SIM out and back in, resetting network settings, resetting all settings, even trying another SIM from a different phone, but it still won’t activate or connect to any carrier network. Vodafone says everything is fine on their end. I really don’t want to erase the whole phone again unless I have to. Is there any way to fix this or force the phone to reconnect to the network? Any help appreciated because I’m stuck on Wi-Fi only right now. Thanks.
