Removing $0.14 Apple ID balance for region change
Hi, I have $0.14 left in my Apple ID balance, and I’d like to change my region.
Could you please remove the remaining balance from my account?

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
