Need to remove $0.02 Apple ID balance to change region

I have a remaining balance of 0.02$ on my Apple ID and I want it removed so I can change my region.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 26

Nobody on these boards can; most of them are other customers. If you can't spend it yourself, you need to contact Apple Support.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
