17 Pro Max Preorder Stuck(?)
I pre-ordered my iPhone 17 Pro Max, 256 GB in Cosmic Orange on 12 October, as soon as pre-orders opened. I did not get launch day delivery, but accepted a delivery window in the second week of November (8–16 November). However, it is already the 15th, and the status bar still shows "processing"—as you can see below.
There were no issues with payment; it was processed and the amount has been debited from my account.
I understand this is a popular model and there may be stock issues, but I have received no communication from Apple regarding any delay—just complete silence.
Should I assume it is going to be late? Are others experiencing similar problems? I'm in Japan, by the way, if that detail helps.
