New Iphone 15 Pro Max wont swipe up to unlcock or Shutdown after yesterday’s update

I got an iphone 15 pro max yesterday and tried setting it up lasg night but it had to get a software update. This morning, I cant force it to shutdown or get it to swipe to unlock, when I swipe, the passcode page quickly comes up and disappears. What do I do?

Have you tried a forced restart?
