iPhone 15 Pro Max battery health drops to 88% within a year

Hello, I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max that I’ve been using for about a year. My battery health has already dropped to 88%, and my cycle count is around 329.

I’m concerned because the battery seems to be degrading faster than expected. Could you please check if this qualifies for battery service or if there might be an issue with the battery calibration?”

Apple is not here. They will not see your post or reply.


On average, after 350 Charge Cycles, the Battery Health would be expected to be in the 93% range, so your battery is declining somewhat quicker than normal.


Please make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have the battery checked and tested.
