That is an easy one. Do not install any antivirus or pay for a subscription to a service that claims to protect you. Nothing is allowed to scan the system files on your phone, so there is no such thing as an app that claims to do that to remove viruses. Since nothing can access the file system, that is also why there are no viruses that can be installed to run on your iPhone/iPad.
