Liquid Glass readability on iPhone

I updated to iOS 26 on my iPhone 15 Pro (and iPadOS 26 on my iPad Pro). The lack of contrast in the Contacts app makes it difficult to read the contact data, and almost impossible to read the "notes" entered for the contact. That bottom section for notes uses white type on light blue background. I used the Accessibility settings to increase contrast and reduce transparency globally, and that helps some of the readability issues of Liquid Glass, but not with the "notes" section of the Contacts app. Any suggestions, apart from waiting for iOS 27?

Thanks -- I've already used the Accessibility adjustments for transparency & contrast. The global changes help in some places, but not in Contacts. What genius at Apple decided to put white text on a light blue background in the bottom section of the app? Anyway, I sent a suggestion to Apple to darken the text enough to make it readable.

I don't have any issues reading the text in contacts in iOS 26. I created a fake contact and this is exactly how it looks on my iPhone:
