Yesterday my iPhone 7plus phone was charging very slow,so I went to the Apple shop to buy new iPhone type c certified charger but still it’s charging slow.Please help me out

What's the battery health? Have you ever had the battery replaced?
If not, it's undoubtedly on its last legs.
I would not consider it worth having the battery replaced given the age of that phone and the fact that it can't run a supported version of iOS any more.

iPhone 7 Plus was sold from 2016 to 2019, so quite possibly headed either for battery replacement — when battery health is 80% or lower — or for wholesale replacement (given it is forever limited to iOS 15).
Who replaced the battery? If it was done by anyone other than Apple or an authorized service provider, it is not an authorized part and is undoubtedly defective.
If that's the case, recycle the phone. Apple won't touch it.
