Private Relay all of sudden not compatible with my home network

I updated all apple devices to iOS 26, iPad 26 and Tahoe for Mac, Apple TV. Everything been running great now since the update ( month or so ?). Tonight my iPhone and Mac have a message that private relay not compatible with my network. No changes have been made to my network. No VPN, no adware, anti-virus. Router hasn't been restarted in over 20 days ( according to router info ). So what gives... glitch in the operating systems? What can I do. Don't wanna turn it off, if I don't have to.

Mac mini, macOS 26.0

I updated to Tahoe 26.2 last night and was greeted with the same message. The only advice I found is "you can review the third-party apps (such as a VPN or internet filtering software) that you use on your Mac." Well, my VPN is off and I don't run AntiVirus software. The only other internet filtering software (to my knowledge) that I use are browser plugins which should not affect system-wide behavior.

So, I turned off "Limit IP address tracking" in settings and then turned it back on. The problem appears to be gone.

I think this may be a startup glitch in Tahoe that happens after updating.
