I’ve got an iPhone 14 Pro and I’m trying to find out where it was repaired before I bought it. I don’t know the previous owner or any repair ID.
Is there any way to check that info with just the serial number?

You seem to be assuming that the phone was repaired. Did the previous owner provide this information to you?
Even if repairs are listed when you check Settings > General > About >Parts & Service History, only the service that was performed will appear. For example.....Battery.....
There will not be any information about where the phone might have been repaired or any information with the name of the shop that performed repairs.

Your iPhone may only show the repairs performed by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. That’s assuming information was correctly entered or even entered at all in the case of an AASP. The system is good, but not perfect and may contain errors. Repairs performed by independent repair facilities may show as non-Apple parts or not show at all depending on nature of repair and actual parts replaced.
No, the consumer does not have a way to check prior repairs.
