They won't ever pair via Bluetooth. But you can use Continuity and to learn about that, read this --> Use Continuity to work across Apple devices - Apple Support

Bluetooth pairing of an iPhone to a computer is not and has never been supported and is not necessary.

Handoff, continuity, etc. do not require bluetooth pairing.
