iPhone 16 non stop restart after disabling Stolen Device Protection

I just bought an original, sealed iPhone 16, with 100% battery life. I had Stolen Device Protection enabled, but I had to turn it off to perform a backup restore on my computer. I turned it off, the phone entered Security Delay, and the settings tab started closing on its own. I decided to restart the phone, and now it's restarting nonstop. I've tried forcing it to turn on by pressing the buttons, but it doesn't work. The computer doesn't have a virus or anything like that; the phone is completely new. I don't know what else to do. I can't connect it to the computer to try anything because the phone won't even turn on to the point where the computer recognizes it.
