Set up UK id on US iphone

We live part time in the UK and need some UK apps but they will not download ( not available in my region)

i believe I can set up a new ID with UK as region but it requires an email that is different from my existing ones. Seems like a catch 22 because it wants to verify me with code sent to the new email but I do not have it?

Second Apple ID for use in a second country I have a problem downloading a Spanish supermarket app. it doesn’t matter if I’m in my own country UK or in Spain. I do have an account, using the browser, until a few months ago but now can’t access as it. Error says my details are invalid. I am still receiving emails from the supermarket re offers etc. I want to use the app. Today it has been suggested I use 2 Apple ID’s. Ie one for each country. But a few years ago someone on this forum said it wasn’t possible as switching meant you had to wait 90 days. I’m not a techie and may well have misunderstood it. Has the situation changed ? someone suggested purchasing a Spanish sim with a 1 euro monthly tariff ( receives calls only) might this work? it’s also been suggested I’m using a uk telephone number which is why I’m unable to down load an app to get to my account.

Changing existing Apple ID which is a mobile number to an email address I have an Apple ID which is associated with the country India and have subscription on it. The email id on it is my contact number. I want to change from the contact number to an email address. I tried to change the Apple ID option on appleid.apple.com but it does not allow me to input an email address only the new contact number. Is there any way to change it.
