Ever since I’ve had my iPhone 16 Pro, I’ve been unable to add accessories to home. It goes for a while, the lights flicker, then it says it can’t add them. I have to reset the accessory, then I can use either an iPad Air or mini to add the accessory and it will work. Is there something faulty with my iPhone?
Any suggestions on what I should do?

Do you by chance have a VPN installed on your iPhone, whether used or not? If yes, get rid of the VPN. VPN on iPhone causes connectivity issue and they are simply not needed, nor do they provide the security you think. To remove a VPN, open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and remove the VPN Profile. Then remove any app tied to the VPN. Then restart your iPhone and try to add accessories to Home.
