When on vacation I forwarded my personal phone to my work phone, both I phones. Upon returning I stopped the forward but I continue to receive calls and text on my work phone when people are actually sending them to my personal phone. How do I stop this?

Call Forwarding on an iPhone is done by the carriers servers. When you enable call forwarding on your iPhone, your iPhone sends a request to the server to forward data to another number. Apple does not do the forwarding.
You can try momentarily enabling call forwarding and then disabling which will send another request to your carrier’s server. If that fails, please contact your cellular service provider’s support team for assistance.
