How to resolve apps turning into pink blocks on iPhone 16 Pro Max?

Over the past few weeks my iPhone 16 pro max app icons keep tuning into a pink block, I restart the phone and they are fine for a while then it happens again and I have to keep restarting my phone to make it go away.

now it’s happening about 10 times a day.

some times after a restart the apps are blank and I just have to keep restarting the phone until they come back again

ive tried factory reset the phone but it still happens

I booked in to the Genius Bar turned out it was a problem somewhere inside the phone, had the inner board replaced and it’s been fine since.

it was fixed with in the hour at the apple store

Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Interesting, I never heard of Apple Store replacing anything other than battery or front screen in-store. Are you sure it is the same phone?

outside of phone and camera are the same everything else inside was replaced even the battery, I was trying to push for a full replacement as phone was only 6 months old but they wouldn’t replace the full phone

what the invoice says is logic board assy mid syst replaced at a cost of £465.83 luckily it was under warranty
