iPhone 15 Plus types extra letters at the end of words

My iPhone 15 Plus started typing extra letters at the ends of words that I did not type…. They are just roguely added on. I restarted phone, reset keyboard, turned off all predictive modes, rechecked all text replacement and even reset phone to factory settings. Apple replaced my phone as they had no idea what was causing it. My new phone now has the exact same problem. I am on the current iOS update. In addition, my camera will not show previews. Both these problems happened about the same time several weeks ago. Help!
