Unlocking T-Mobile carrier lock on replaced iPhone 13 Pro Max
I'm having trouble unlocking my Iphone 13 pro max. It was a replacement phone from apple. The phone was locked to Sprint. Now T mobile claims the 1st Imei was unlocked initially, and that the 2nd Imei was the one locked and that they have unlocked it. They say now there's nothing they can do since on their end the phone is unlocked and free to use on any carier. The phone is still locked and even Online Imei checks show that. What can I do? Is there anyone who works at T mobile who can assist me? Anyone who knows how I can unlock it? or what should I do? I have done numerous resets and updates, nothing works.
Is there anyone who has ever been successful in removing T mobile carrier lock?
