new 2025 studio display blinks to black and renews frequently

I am using a new mac mini and new studio display. I replaced the surge protector, and the frequency of blackouts reduced until today, when, during a Zoom meeting, it blacked out 3 or 4 times. I do not lose sound and the computer processes seem uninterrupted.

Is this a display problem or a house wiring problem?
