How can I locate my thumb drive on my Ipad?

To access your connected ThumbDrive, open the Files App. If necessary, expand the sidebar - where you should find the ThumbDrive (here labelled "Untitled"):

It should appear in the Files App if it's formatted in a way the iPad understands.
