Bedtime Reminder missing on Apple Watch after iOS 18 update

How can I get back the Bedtime Reminder on my Apple Watch? It does not notify on my Watch anymore after iOS 18. I am currently in iOS 26.0.1 and my Apple Watch is in watchOS 26.0.2.

Are you using the AutoSleep app? If yes, tap on the Settings icon in the right corner at the bottom of the screen, scroll down to "Configure" and select "Bedtime Reminder", scroll down again to "Reminders" set up the time for the reminder.

If no 3rd party app, open Settings on your iPhone -> Focus -> Sleep -> Next Schedule -> Schedule and Options -> Sleep Reminders -> On.
