Faubourg face missing on Apple Watch Hermes Series 7

My iPhone 16 pro and my Apple Watch Hermes series 7 are both update with the newest version of IOS and WatchOS. The Hermes faces are available, but not the newest one: the Faubourg. What can be wrong?
