iPhones do not have international warranties – and they are intended to be sold in specific countries or regions.

If this "online platform" (or a particular seller operating on it) is telling you that they are selling "international" iPhones with "international" warranties, it would make me wonder if they were trying to pull the wool over your eyes, and if they were even Apple Authorized Resellers.

As for iPhone 17s intended for the UAE market, it looks to me like they do not accept physical SIMs.

Apple debuts iPhone 17 - Apple

"An eSIM-only iPhone 17 model will be available in Bahrain, Canada, Guam, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the U.S., and the U.S. Virgin Islands."

"For better security, eSIM cannot be physically removed if an iPhone is lost or stolen."
