This is a user-to-user forum. We cannot remove Activation Lock for you, and there is no magic bypass.

If you are the person whose credentials the phone is asking for, enter them. Or if you are the original purchaser, and have the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, you could try filing an Activation Lock support request. (Whether to grant any such request is up to Apple.)
