There is no such thing as an Apple Pay account. Can you be more specific? Do you need to pay your iTunes Store or AppStore purchases? You can update your payment method at account.apple.com

I have/had an Apple Card. I cancelled the card. However, I have an outstanding bill. I am trying to figure out how to log in, pay the bill, log out, and be done with Apple Card. Thank you.
