Error pairing Peacock and Apple TV subscriptions

I purchased the Peacock and Apple TV bundle. I've been trying to pair the subscriptions with no luck. After receiving an error message for 2 days and changing my password twice, im here asking the Community for help. Does a live body from Apple monitor these discussions so get some tech advice? Glad to know i am not alone.
