Apple TV+ error code and playback failures

I kept getting playback errors on anything I tried to watch on the Apple TV app on my Roku tv. So I rest the app. Now when I try to log in it says verification failed error code: N/64CAB13F but I know my info is correct because I tested it on my phone. There is no option for support on the app to report or fix this issue either and it seems to be a common issue. Should I just cancel my subscription?
