Apple has taken payment for my developer membership but I can't access it.

I paid the fee but the developer app says "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is nott available for this account" I have reached out to Apple but thought I would ask here if anyone had a solution?

Apple Developer Account Hello, I completed the payment for my Apple Developer Program enrollment yesterday. However, I am still seeing the following message on my account: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” Although the payment appears as an authorized transaction in my bank, my enrollment has not yet been finalized.
