Since, that is the case, it is never advisable to post your Apple Account as that just leaves you susceptible to phishing messages with that information available for everyone else to see.

For your specific question you will want to contact Apple directly and you can do that by tapping the "Get Started" button under the section for contacting Apple in this Support Link. I would suggest the Call method if available in your region.
