Hello team, I want to use the trade-in option for my wife's phone. We bought her phone from Newyork Apple store. I have a business trip. Can I use trade-in option behalf of My wife in US? Also we have local regulations for the phones. Can we transfer old phone IMEI adress to the new iPhone?

So long as it's been properly prepared and is not activation locked, you should be able to trad it in.

You should really buy your phones in the country where you reside. You will not be able to get the phone serviced under warranty outside of the US.
Thee is a very real chance you will not be able to get paid service outside of the US either.
